Our expertise in behavioural studies translates to clinical trials, which can be conducted to provide data on clinical efficacy. Using our network of practicing veterinarians and our Scientific Advisory Board we can quickly enroll clients in trials for a variety of targets. Under CanCog’s oversight veterinarians who enroll their clients in a clinical trial can be confident that their concerns for the welfare of their patients, and the maintenance of the veterinarian-client-patient relationship, will be understood and addressed.
We offer specific expertise in the following areas:
Data from clinical trials can be correlated with data from controlled studies in our laboratories.
We can develop protocols suitable for your product and identify the type of patient that you require. We will work with you as the clinical trial is developed, providing input where you require it. Where appropriate we can arrange for clinical assessments by board certified veterinary specialists. We will also maintain contact with both the veterinary practitioners and the owners of the animals throughout the study, and monitor compliance with the study protocol. We can provide you with the raw data or complete the data analysis and provide you with a report of the study outcome.
